He leads the practice's senior delivery direction across Australia, Singapore and the UK, and works directly with executive teams on enterprise AI strategy, lakehouse architecture and operating model design. Liam founded Get AI Ready to be the agile, senior-only alternative to Big 4 AI consulting, with a delivery model built around practitioners who architect, build and operate the platforms they advise on.
