ChatGPT Team vs Enterprise: which do we need?
Team is the right starting point for most orgs up to a few hundred users. Enterprise adds SAML SSO, admin console, advanced analytics, enhanced security, and a guaranteed zero-retention policy. We'll help you choose on the pre-workshop call based on team size, data sensitivity, and budget.
How do you handle data security concerns?
We only run exercises with data your team is authorised to share. ChatGPT Team and Enterprise don't train on your data. Enterprise adds SOC 2 Type II compliance and a guaranteed zero-retention option. For regulated industries we walk your security team through a governance framework before any wider rollout.
Can employees use personal ChatGPT accounts at work?
Technically yes, but you shouldn't let them. Personal accounts train on your data, leak across devices, and give you zero governance visibility. Part of the training is building an internal policy that replaces personal use with controlled Team or Enterprise access.
What productivity gain can we expect?
