Who is this coaching for?

How is executive AI coaching different from a training course?
Training courses teach a curriculum to a group. Coaching is one-on-one, confidential, and built around the decisions on your desk this quarter. Sessions move at your pace, on your priorities, and use your actual work as the material.
What does a typical session look like?
Sessions run 60 to 90 minutes, in person in Sydney, Melbourne or your preferred location, or by secure video. We work hands-on with the AI tools, walk through live decisions, and end each session with a small set of practical actions before we meet again.
How long is the programme?
The standard programme is six sessions across roughly twelve weeks, with on-call advisor access in between. We also run shorter intensives for boards and longer retainer-style engagements for CEOs leading active transformations.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Every engagement is governed by a confidentiality agreement and sessions are conducted privately. We coach across multiple Australian boards and ELTs and treat client information accordingly.
Can you coach an entire executive team?
Yes. We run small-cohort programmes for ELTs and boards in addition to one-on-one engagements. These pair shared sessions with individual coaching so each leader still gets bespoke support.
